We ship orders using eco-friendly packaging materials.
Shipping prices are based on USPS and UPS mail estimates. All orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation are sent via email. 

Our goal is to process your order within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. Please note that we cannot control transit times.

Our products are made with natural ingredients that will melt in high temperatures. Please make sure that your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Thistle & Bloom LLC s not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. You have within 24-48 to notify us of an address change before your order is processed and shipped out.

Thistle & Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen and undelivered packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, Thistle & Bloom will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
