Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept exchanges or returns. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering and note that our products are made primarily with beeswax and tallow.
We always suggest you perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you have purchased multiple products, we recommend introducing one at a time into your skincare routine. If you experience any reactions, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and trying to use the product again.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However as a small business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
Our products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients, please never add water and store it in a cool, dry place.
In the summer months, we ship all our tallow based items to the best of our ability. However, they may arrive to you in a melted or liquid state. By purchasing, you have consented to the possibility of them arriving in a liquid state and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your order arrived in a melted or liquid state, please set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will not be affected and will remain intact, even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected.
