Beeswax helps retain water and creates a protective layer on the skin. It’s also a humectant, which means that it attracts and binds water. These qualities help keep the skin hydrated.

Our products are shelf stable for approximately 6 months and does not need to be refrigerated. We do not use any preservatives or stabilizers, it is important that hands are washed prior to applying and to keep water out of containers. Keep products out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, and they will stay fresher longer.

We recommend using our unscented tallow balm if you have extremely sensitive skin.

If you aren't sure, we suggest any of our body sticks. They are easy to apply and lightly scented.
